Ameristar Kansas City

Recently, Boyd Gaming announced that it donated more than $200,000 to more than 190 non-profit organizations as part of the Company’s 2024 “Wreaths and Trees of Hope” competition. Now in its 17th year, the beloved holiday competition has expanded to 25 Boyd Gaming properties nationwide and has awarded nearly $2 million.

A total of 183 nonprofits across 10 states participated in the cherished holiday competition, with participants decorating wreaths or trees in the spirit of their organization’s mission. Leading up to the holidays, customers were invited to vote for their favorite charities online or in-person at a Boyd Gaming property to determine results.
